At GiftsOnHand, we like to provide our customers with a shopping experience with a difference. Our range is sourced and designed to reflect and celebrate diverse interests. We want to help our customers find joy and express who they are through our range. 

Pricing and product availability 

Each item price includes standard shipping and handling within Australia. What you see is what you pay for each item to be delivered directly to you! Depending on your order and as we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped separately.

Our Limited Edition and seasonal items are processed on a first-in basis, so don't miss out!

Shipping and handling

Yes, you read it correctly - Standard postage and handling within Australia is included within the item price and no minimum order limit! 

Save yourself time, money and the hassle of walking around numerous shops to find that special gift.  

Buy what you need when you need it via our site, then sit back for your order to come to you!

Shipping timeline and order tracking

We utilise a wide network of local and overseas suppliers. Where possible we like to ship on demand to reduce wastage. The average shipping time is 14 days (unless otherwise specified) and tracking is provided (unless specified otherwise). 

International orders

Please note we only ship to addresses within Australia (and not shipping to PO Box addresses) at the moment.

Returns/Refunds Policy and Process

We work hard to establish a reputable supplier network to ensure a range of quality products.

If there is an issue with a product you purchased, we are here to help. Our Returns & Refunds Policy and process is noted below.

In the unlikely event there is a fault with a purchased product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns/refund process:

  1. Please email us via within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Include the subject line: ‘Initiate Return/refund request’.

  3. Let us know your order reference number.

  4. Specify which products you would like to return and why (feel free to upload images and provide as much information as possible).

  5. We will assess your claim and respond with the next step.

Exceptions to the returns/refund policy:

  • Discounted items (as limited stock), customised/DesignClusive made-to-order items (as made on demand) cannot be exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on, have no visible signs of wear or use and if possible, be returned in original product packaging.

  • Generally, postage and handling fees to return the items to us will be paid by the customer (except where it is deemed that the product was not as advertised).

  • We will provide a return address and reference when you email us to initiate the return/refund process (see the above Refund/returns process).

  • Sorry no returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind and we do not price match.

  • Carefully refer to our sizing guides and note our estimated shipping timelines to avoid disappointment.

  • Please note that colours in the images may have slight variations due to screen resolutions and lighting.
